What’s the Job About?

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our brand. You’ll engage with our members across social media, foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, and bring community insights back to the team. You’ll help shape content, grow our social presence, and represent our brand with authenticity and care, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and support teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage actively with our community across social media, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and builds connection.

  • Represent Wingbuddy authentically, embodying our values in every interaction while gathering insights to inform content and business decisions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to curate engaging content, grow our social presence, and ensure a consistent brand voice.

  • Collect and analyze feedback, handle sensitive situations with care, and help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, ideally in travel or hospitality.

  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms , trends, and analytics, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Creative, proactive, and positive mindset, familiar with content creation tools and digital marketing strategies.
