Looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing company? Join our highly efficient team! We are looking for an ambitious Sales Agent who is passionate about travel and dedicated to delivering the highest level of service. In collaboration with the sales team and under the supervision of the sales team leader, the sales agent will handle inquiries coming from customers and travel agents. S/he will make sure to answer promptly to all requests and to convert them into reservations. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to potentially grow more than anywhere else in the travel industry!

Main tasks:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and travel agencies
• Advising clients on our packages and destinations
• Prepare quotes
• Enter reservations in the system and take payments
• Maintain an efficient knowledge of all our products and promotions.

Requirements:

• Sales experiences of 1 year (in the travel industry would be an asset)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (other languages an asset)
